  • ½ cup - flour
  • ½ tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • little water
  • some dry flour
  • oil for deep frying

How to Make

  • In a bowl mix together flour, salt and oil.
  • Add little water and make a dough.
  • Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into 2 to 3 portions.
  • Roll out each portion into a thin chappati.
  • Sprinkle some dry flour on it and fold the chappati.
  • Cut into thin strips and deep fry on a medium flame.
  • Repeat with remaining portions. Remove on paper.
  • Store in an airtight container.
