  • Rava - 500 g
  • Rice - 500 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Onion - 1 (big)
  • Green chillies - 2
  • Sunflower oil

How to Make Crispy Rawa Dosai Instant

  • Mix rawa and rice and grind finely.
  • Take 2 cups of rawa-rice mixture.
  • Add cumin seeds, a little salt and water.
  • Coarsely grind onion and green chillies and add to the batter.
  • Add curry leaves and make dosa in the pan with sunflower oil.
  • Keep in the pan till it gets roasted.
