Ingredients

  • Chicken Drumsticks - 10
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Crushed pepper - 1 tsp
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • For batter:
  • Flour - 1.5 cup
  • Egg - 1 beaten
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Bread crumbs - 250g
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Crumbed Chicken With Black Sauce

  • Cook the chicken with all the ingredients listed (except for batter). Drain and keep aside. Reserve the stock.
  • Make the batter to a thin consistency. Dip the cooked chicken in the batter, roll it in the bread crumbs, and deep-fry it.
  • For sauce:
  • Take the reserved stock, and add 2 tablespoons of corn flour to it.
  • Boil for 5 minutes and serve hot with the chicken.
