  • 1/2 kg - potatoes, boiled and cut into thick wedges
  • 3 tsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - spice powder/garam masala
  • 1/2 tbsp - pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp - bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp - chopped ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 - egg beaten

How to Make Crumbed Fried Potato Wedges

  • Marinate the potato wedges with beaten egg, chilli powder, coriander leaves, spice powder, pepper powder, chopped ginger, and salt for half an hour.
  • Roll each wedge in bread crumbs and shallow fry in hot oil on both sides till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
