Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken - 1lb
  • All purpose flour - 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 3 tbsp
  • Egg - 1
  • Garam Masala powder - 2 tsp
  • Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli Powder- 2 tsp
  • Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 1 tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Green chillies - 5
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Crunchy Chicken:

    1. Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, corn flour, all purpose flour, soya sauce, ajinomoto, salt, pepper powder, and egg for 4 to 5 hours.
    2. Now fry the chicken pieces in hot oil until the chicken is cooked and golden brown in colour, and drain on a paper towel.
    3. In a separate pan, add 1 teaspoon of oil and fry green chillies and the remaining 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste for a minute, and add to the fried chicken.
    4. Garnish it with coriander and serve.
