Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - fish
  • 1 - Onion
  • 12 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1-inch piece - Ginger
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • Bread crumbs for coating
  • Salt to taste and oil for frying

How to Make

  • Clean and bone fish.
  • Cut lengthwise into fingers.
  • Grind together onion, garlic, and ginger.
  • Mix in coriander powder, chilli powder, salt, and lemon juice.
  • Rub masala into fish fingers on all sides.
  • Keep aside for 2 hours.
  • Dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs.
  • Deep-fry in hot oil till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges.
