  • Oil for frying - 8 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - to taste
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Crunchy Sweet Potato Chips

  • Cut the sweet potato into very thin round pieces.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Now deep fry the pieces in the oil until crisp.
  • Drain excess oil on a kitchen towel.
  • Let it cool and sprinkle with salt and red chilli powder.
