Ingredients

  • Sweet Potato - 500 g
  • Oil for frying - 8 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - to taste
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Crunchy Sweet Potato Chips:

    1. Cut the sweet potato into very thin round pieces.
    2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan.
    3. Now deep fry the pieces in the oil until crisp.
    4. Drain excess oil on a kitchen towel.
    5. Let it cool and sprinkle with salt and red chilli powder.
