Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Curd (yoghurt)
  • 2 medium sized Cucumbers
  • 1 medium white tender radish
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 green chilies
  • Coriander leaves, chopped
  • salt and Sugar to taste
  • 1/2 tsp- oil
  • 1/2 tsp- Cumin seeds
  • pinch of asafetida

How to Make Cucumbar Radish

  • Tie the curd in a nuslin cloth for an hour or so.
  • Finally chop the onion, cucumber and radish, peeling only if required
  • Mix them, add the thick curd, salt, 2-3 pinches sugar and chopped coriander
  • Heat oil in a small vessel, add cumin seeds, asafoetida and slit green chilli
  • Mix gently with the curd, garnish with coriander and chill before serving.
