Ingredients

  • 1- Medium size Cucumber grated with the skin.
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped Ginger
  • 2- green chillies, chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp - Coconut paste
  • 1 cup - yogurt
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Cucumber In Curds-Yogurt

  • Mix the grated cucumber, ginger, green chillies, coconut paste, yogurt, sugar and salt together in a bowl.
