Ingredients

  • grated Cucumber - 2 cup
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies 2 to 3
  • Ginger 2 cm
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves few
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Cucumber Pachadi:

    1. Grind coconut with green chilli and ginger to a stiff, coarse paste.
    2. Mix the paste with cucumber.
    3. Add salt and curd.
    4. Heat the oil in a small fry pan and add mustard.
    5. When it splutters, add curry leaves and add to the cucumber mixture.
    6. Serve as a salad.
