  • 2 - Medium-sized cucumbers, finely chopped
  • Mint chutney (made with a bunch of coriander, green chillies, and pudina/Mint leaves and very little salt and blended in a mixer with a little water)
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of Red Chilli powder
  • Half a Lemon
  • 1 cup - Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup - Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 cup- Boiled Potatoes
  • 6 slices - bread
  • How to Make Cucumber Sandwich:

    1. Wash, peel, and chop the cucumbers, onions and tomatoes into fine pieces.
    2. Add the mint chutney, chilli powder, and salt, and squeeze the juice of lemon over it.
    3. Boil, peel, and chop potatoes.
    4. Add to the mix and use it as a healthy stuffing or spread the mixture between two slices of bread.
