  • 2 - Medium-sized cucumbers, finely chopped
  • Mint chutney (made with a bunch of coriander, green chillies, and pudina/mint leaves and very little salt and blended in a mixer with a little water)
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of red chilli powder
  • Half a lemon
  • 1 cup - Chopped onion
  • 1 cup - Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup- Boiled potatoes
  • 6 slices - bread

How to Make Cucumber Sandwich

  • Wash, peel, and chop the cucumbers, onions and tomatoes into fine pieces.
  • Add the mint chutney, chilli powder, and salt, and squeeze the juice of lemon over it.
  • Boil, peel, and chop potatoes.
  • Add to the mix and use it as a healthy stuffing or spread the mixture between two slices of bread.
