  • 1 - large cucumber, peeled and sliced very thinly
  • Salt to taste
  • 100g - table Butter
  • 20 slices - bread
  • Pepper to taste

How to Make Cucumber Tea Sandwiches

  • Lightly salt the cucumber slices and place them in a colander to drain for about an hour.
  • Apply the butter to one side of each slice of bread.
  • Arrange the cucumber slices on 10 of the bread slices.
  • Sprinkle pepper powder on the cucumber slices.
  • Top with the other 10 slices.
  • Remove the crusts and cut into quarters.
  • Serve immediately.
