  • 4 tsp - grated Cucumber
  • 2 tsp - yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 slices - whole-wheat bread
  • Pepper powder
  • 1 slice - Tomato

How to Make Cucumber, Yoghurt and Coriander Sandwich

  • In small bowl, stir together cucumber, coriander, yoghurt and salt.
  • Top a slice of bread with tomato slice, sprinkle some pepper powder, and top with cucumber-coriander mixture.
  • Place the second bread slice on top.
  • Cut diagonally and serve.
