Ingredients

  • 4 tsp - grated Cucumber
  • 2 tsp - yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 slices - whole-wheat bread
  • Pepper powder
  • 1 slice - Tomato
  • How to Make Cucumber, Yoghurt and Coriander Sandwich:

    1. In small bowl, stir together cucumber, coriander, yoghurt and salt.
    2. Top a slice of bread with tomato slice, sprinkle some pepper powder, and top with cucumber-coriander mixture.
    3. Place the second bread slice on top.
    4. Cut diagonally and serve.
