Ingredients

  • 1 kg - crabs
  • 500 g - Potatoes
  • 5 g - Turmeric powder
  • 20 g - chilli powder
  • 10 g - Green chillies
  • .5 g - pepper powder
  • 10 ml - Lime juice
  • salt to taste
  • For coating:
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g - bread crumbs
  • oil for frying
  • How to Make Cullieo Cutlets (Goan Crab Cutlets):

    1. Chop the green chillies.
    2. Boil the crabs and remove the flesh.
    3. Boil the potatoes and mash them along with the crab meat and the rest of the ingredients.
    4. Beat the eggs.
    5. Make oval patties of any desired size.
    6. Coat the rolls with egg and breadcrumbs.
    7. Deep fry till golden brown in colour.
