Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Wheat flour
  • 2 tsp - cumin
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt, as required
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • Ghee, a small quantity

How to Make Cumin Paratha

  • Combine all the ingredients except ghee.
  • Add water and make a soft dough.
  • Cover with a damp cloth and keep for at least 30 minutes.
  • Now, roll the dough into parathas.
  • Put rolled paratha on a hot tava.
  • Let that side cook.
  • Now, pour half a teaspoon of ghee on top of the paratha, flip it and cook.
  • Serve hot with kurma.
