Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk, boiled and cooled
  • 1/2 tsp - curds

How to Make Curd

  • Remove top cream of milk. Reheat until warm.
  • Add the curd, stir well.
  • Cover and keep in a dry place (inside a kitchen cupboard or in an unplugged oven).
  • If the weather is too cold, cover with napkin. Will set in about 5-6 hours in moderate temperature.
  • Increase the quantity of curd in very cold weather.
