  • 1 liter milk, boiled and cooled
  • 1/2 tsp - curds
  • How to Make Curd:

    1. Remove top cream of milk. Reheat until warm.
    2. Add the curd, stir well.
    3. Cover and keep in a dry place (inside a kitchen cupboard or in an unplugged oven).
    4. If the weather is too cold, cover with napkin. Will set in about 5-6 hours in moderate temperature.
    5. Increase the quantity of curd in very cold weather.
