  • A few sprigs - Curry leaves
  • 6 - Green chillies
  • 6 - Garlic flakes
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Curry Leaves Chutney:

    1. Separate curry leaves and peel garlic flakes
    2. Break the chillies into two
    3. Heat half the amount of oil, add half the amount of cumin seeds and let them splutter
    4. Add garlic, fry it and remove.
    5. Add curry leaves, fry them and remove.
    6. Add chillies and fry them.
    7. Grind garlic, curry leaves and chillies.
    8. Heat the remaining oil and add remaining cumin seeds.
    9. Add the ground ingredients and salt, fry a little and remove from flame.
    10. Serve with chapattis.
