How to Make Custard Pudding for kids

  • Beat the yolks and the whites separately. Add milk to it and stir.
  • Then add the sugar and nutmeg powder and blend well.
  • Melt and brown a tbsp of sugar in a little water in a sauce pan over a medium fire.
  • Meanwhile butter a dish for steaming.
  • Now pour the browned sugar into the dish. Then pour the mixture on it.
  • Then steam the contents in a pressure cooker until it gets cooked.
  • Let it cool.
  • Turn over into a dish so that the caramelised portion comes on top.
