Ingredients

  • 1 kg - echor (raw jackfruit, cut into big size and boiled)
  • 200 g - Curd
  • 10 g - cumin powder
  • 50 g - oil
  • 2 tbsp - Green chilli paste
  • Salt
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • Tomato, Cucumber slices for garnishing
  • How to Make Dahi Echor:

    1. Take curd in a bowl, mix a small quantity of salt and sugar.
    2. Heat oil in a frying pan, fry garam masala powder in the oil. Add boiled echor and fry till it turns golden in colour
    3. Then add cumin powder, chilli paste, salt and sugar to taste and curd and mix well.
    4. When the oil separates, add some water and cook for some time.
    5. Turn off flame when the mixture thickens and serve
