Ingredients

  • 1 lb - boneless Chicken
  • 1 cup - plain yogurt
  • 1 - smal piece of Ginger
  • 1 tbsp - Tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp - vegetable oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Parsely - 2 tbsp

How to Make Dahi Ginger Chicken

  • Peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces
  • Fry ginger in vegetable oil.
  • Mix rest of ingredients once ginger is golden brown
  • Cover the pan and cook chicken until it is tender.
  • Keep stirring in between.
  • Serve hot with fresh cut parsley on it.
