Ingredients

  • 1 lb - boneless Chicken
  • 1 cup - plain yogurt
  • 1 - smal piece of Ginger
  • 1 tbsp - Tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp - vegetable oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Parsely - 2 tbsp
  • How to Make Dahi Ginger Chicken:

    1. Peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces
    2. Fry ginger in vegetable oil.
    3. Mix rest of ingredients once ginger is golden brown
    4. Cover the pan and cook chicken until it is tender.
    5. Keep stirring in between.
    6. Serve hot with fresh cut parsley on it.
