Ingredients

  • For Vada:
  • 2 cup - black gram, soaked overnight
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • For Curd
  • 3 cup - Curd
  • 4 - green chillie
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard Seed
  • 2 tsp -oil

How to Make Dahi Wada

  • Grind the soaked black gram with very little water and add salt.
  • Deep fry this till golden brown
  • Add salt to the curd and add this to the curd mixture
  • Garnish this with spluttered mustard seeds fried green chillies
  • Serve cold
