How to Make Dates Honey Milkshake

  • Wipe each date with a soft kitchen towel, remove seed and chop finely.
  • Soak finely chopped dates in 100 ml boiled and warm milk for half an hour.
  • In a blender or mixer bowl, blend soaked dates and honey till smooth.
  • Add remaining 100 ml milk and blend again for 1 minute.
  • Serve in tall glass.
