  • 5 - boiled eggs
  • 1 - raw egg
  • 100 g - boiled mix vegetables (peas, carrot, capsicum)
  • 1 tsp - grated cheese
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for frying.

How to Make Deep Fried Egg Snack

  • Cut the boiled eggs lengthwise and remove the yolk.
  • Mix the yolk with the boiled vegetables, cheese and salt.
  • Fill it back into the cavities
  • Beat the raw egg, coat the stuffed eggs with this and deep fry
  • Once done, remove carefully and drain.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup and chilli sauce
