How to Make Delicious Brain Masala

  • In a bowl mix together the brain pieces, ground masala paste, onions, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well.
  • Rub with your hands gently so as to coat the pieces evenly with the masala.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the brain mixture. Sautee for 2-3 minutes.
  • Cook covered on a very low flame, stirring often.
  • Cook till done and the masala is fairly dry.
  • Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.
