How to Make Delicious Rasam

  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard and jeera seeds.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and tamarind paste with 1 cup water and mix well. Bring to a boil.
  • Now add the cooked daal and boil once more.
  • Add chopped coriander, curry leaves, and salt to taste.
  • Then add rasam powder and jaggery.
  • Simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot with rice.
