A lovable drink that is a must-have during this scorching summer - Diddy Cup. A jolly good drink with super cool ingredients - orange juice, cloves, blackcurrant syrup, soda water, orange, blackcurrants and mint. 

You can decorate with orange rings, blackcurrants and mint. If you freeze the blackcurrants in ice cubes, they make a pretty garnish to float in the glass.

  • 3 cans Orange juice
  • 12 Cloves
  • ½ bottle blackcurrant syrup
  • 1 litre soda water, well chilled
  • 6-8 ice cubes
  • 1 orange, cut into rings
  • 250 gms. blackcurrants
  • Few sprigs of Mint

How to Make Diddy Cup

  • Put the orange juice and cloves into a pan, bring slowly to the boil, strain and leave to cool.
  • When cold, add it to the syrup and chill thoroughly. Add the soda water and ice and stir.
  • Decorate with orange rings, blackcurrants and mint.
