Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Urad Dal
  • 1 cup - Rice
  • 1/2 cup - moong dal
  • 1/4 cup - tur dal
  • 1 big bunch - fresh dil or 1 cup - dried dil
  • 2-3 - chillies
  • 2-3 flakes of Garlic
  • 1 inch - fresh ginger, all finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Dil dosa:

    1. Soak all the dals and rice for 7-8 hours.
    2. Grind it to a fine paste and keep it covered at a warm place for 7-8 hours.
    3. Add salt, finely chopped dil, chilly, ginger and garlic pieces.
    4. Prepare a thin dosa on a non-stick pan.
