Ingredients

  • 2 cups - sprouts (steamed)
  • 1/2 cup - coconut (grated)
  • 1/2 cup - dates (stoned and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - groundnuts (peeled, skinned and soaked)
  • 1/2 cup - tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp - green chillies (chopped)
  • Salt, pepper, chaat masala and lemon juice to taste

How to Make Dilkhush chat

  • Mix together sprouts, coconut, dates, groundnuts, chillies and tomatoes and chill.
  • Add salt, pepper, chaat masala and lemon juice just before serving.
