Ingredients

  • 200 g - coriander
  • 2 cups - rice
  • 2 pieces - dilkush vegetable
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • Green chillies
  • Pudina, little to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 3-4 tsp - oil

How to Make Dilkush Rice

  • Cut dilkush into cubes.
  • Heat oil and saute onions and dilkush.
  • Grind the coriander, mint and chillies.
  • Add garam masala, green masala and salt to onions.
  • Meanwhile, cook the rice till done.
  • Mix it into the dilkush mixture. Garnish with cashew and coriander.
