Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg - dondakaya
  • 3 - Carrots
  • 8-9 - long Green chillies
  • a small piece - Tamarind
  • 4 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • Salt
  • For seasoning:
  • 1 tsp - mustard, 1/2 tsp - Jeera
  • A few - Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Dondakaya chutney:

    1. Cut dondakaya and carrot. Fry along with the green chillies till they become soft.
    2. Put all the ingredients in the mixer, including salt, and grind it to a paste.
    3. Heat oil and add the seasoning. Once they splutter, pour over the chutney and mix well.
