Ingredients

  • 2 cups - dosa batter
  • 1 cup - red and green bell peppers (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - soya sauce
  • salt (if needed)
  • oil for frying
  • How to Make Dosa with Bell Pepper Masala:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and splutter the cumin seeds. Add chopped bell pepper and saute for a few seconds.
    2. Add chilli powder, soya sauce and salt and simmer until the oil separates. Keep aside to cool.
    3. Heat a non-stick pan, grease it with oil and make dosas with the batter.
    4. Place a little bit of the bell pepper masala in the middle and fold over. Serve hot.
