Ingredients

  • 5 cups - maida
  • 1 cup - curd (blended)
  • 250 g -sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 tsp -soda bicarbonate
  • 2 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • oil for frying

How to Make Doughnuts

  • Sieve the maida, baking powder and salt and mix well.
  • Mix soda bicarbonate with the curd.
  • Beat the egg and add sugar and blend.
  • Mix the flour mixture and milk to it.
  • Make a dough.
  • Roll the dough into doughnuts.
  • Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown from both sides.
