  • Dried Prawns (small) - 1 cup
  • Tamarind paste - 1/4 tsp
  • Coconut (grated) - 1cup
  • Garlic - 1 Clove
  • Roasted Red Chillies - 2 to 3
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Dried Prawn Chammandi (chutney):

    1. Fry the dried prawns in a dry pan on medium heat until crisp.
    2. In a blender, grind the prawns with all the other ingredients (no need to add water).
    3. Serve with rice and curd.
