Ingredients

  • Drumstick - 4 to 5
  • Onions (large) - 3
  • Green chillies - 2
  • lasoon - 8 to 10 pods
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - few
  • oil - 6 to 7 tbsp
  • Dhania powder - 1/2 tsp spoon
  • boiled cold Milk - 1 cup
  • Tomatoes - 2
  • salt to taste
  • For seasoning:
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Jeera - 1tsp
  • How to Make Drumstick Curry with Milk:

    1. Heat pan, add oil and onions. Fry till golden brown.
    2. Add tomatoes, lasoon, green chilli, turmeric powder and fry till oil separates.
    3. Add drumstick, chilli powder and water till drumstick is cooked.
    4. Add dhania powder and cook for 2 mins. In the end, Add milk.
    5. Cook for more 5 to 6 mins and garnish with coriander.
