Ingredients

  • 4 - Drum sticks
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Haldi
  • 1 tsp - Mirchi powder
  • 2 pinches - Hing powder
  • Few corainder leaves
  • Few curry leaves
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Drumstick Vegetable

  • Heat oil in a pan with mustard seeds. Add the drumstick pieces along with some water. Keep the flame at medium.
  • Add 1/2 tsp of haldi, 1 tsp of mirchi powder, 2 pinches of asafoetida powder, a few corainder leaves and some curry leaves. Cook well for some time, then add salt.
  • On cooling, serve as a side dish with rice or as a snack.
