Ingredients

  • 1 tsp - Figs
  • 1 tsp - Raisins
  • 1 tsp - Almonds
  • 1 tsp - Pistachio
  • 1 tsp - Cashew nuts
  • 1/2 tsp - Chironji
  • 1/2 tsp - Saffron
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp - skimmed Milk powder
  • 4 - glasses of Milk
  • 4 tbsp - Honey
  • Crushed ice
  • How to Make Dry Fruit Beverage:

    1. Make a coarse paste of all the nuts. Blend all ingredients in a blender except chironji. Add chironji prior to serving.
    2. This beverage is rich in essential fatty acids and energy.
