Ingredients

  • 1 cup - almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - pistas, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - cashews, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1/2 cup - jaggery, powdered

How to Make Dry Fruit Goodies

  • Heat ghee in a heavy pan. Add jaggery. Stir until it melts and bubbles start forming.
  • Add the nuts and mix. Take off the flame and pour on a clean, greased work surface while still hot.
  • Knead a little and roll out quickly to 3/4-inch thickness.
  • Cut into squares while warm.
  • Break after cooling completely.
  • Store in an airtight container.
