How to Make Dry Fruits cake for all

  • Grind together chopped dates, sugar, milk and curd to a smooth paste
  • Pour in a mixing bowl and add oil. Fold oil in properly
  • Take maida and baking soda and sieve twice together
  • Add this to the batter along with walnuts
  • Now mix this batter till light and fluffy
  • Meanwhile, pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Take a baking dish and powder it with flour
  • Pour in the batter
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 mins
  • Check after 45 mins. If the knife comes out clean, it's done.
  • Serve with kheer or custard
