Ingredients

  • 50 g Methi dal
  • 150 g Red Chilli powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • A pinch of Hing
  • 1 tsp - roasted sesame
  • 1 tsp - Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp - Aamchur powder
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seed powder
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Dry methi chutney:

    1. Heat oil in a pan; roast the methi dal.
    2. Then add the rest of ingredients and roast for 1 minute and powder.
    3. Enjoy with pancake or any other dish.
