Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Beef chops
  • Onion - 2, sliced
  • 2 to 3 - green chillies, slit
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 3 - potatoes, halved

How to Make Dry Pepper Beef Chops

  • Wash the chops and marinate them with pepper powder and salt for about 30 mins.
  • Heat oil in a large pan and saute the onions and green chillies for a few minutes.
  • Add the marinated chops and mix well.
  • Simmer for a few mins till the chops get firm.
  • Add sufficient water and the potatoes and cook till the chops are done and the gravy dries up.
  • Garnish with onion rings.
