  • 1 - dressed duck
  • 2 - onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 4 - green chillies, slit
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger, chopped
  • 1 tsp - garlic, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 cup - thick Tamarind juice.
