Ingredients

  • 500g - Potato
  • 2 tbsp - yogurt
  • 1 tbsp - vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp - roasted and coarsely-crushed Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • Salt and chilli powder - to taste

How to Make

  • Heat oil in a nonstick pan.
  • Add yogurt and turmeric followed by potatoes.
  • Add salt and chilli powder and stir well.
  • Cook on medium heat and stir occasionally for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer the cooked potatoes into a serving dish and sprinkle crushed cumin powder on the potatoes.
