Ingredients

  • 1kg - Pork
  • 1/2 kg - Pork liver
  • 1/4 kg - Pork heart
  • 3 - Medium Onions
  • 6 - Medium Green chillies
  • 2 Inch - Ginger
  • 10 Cloves - Garlic
  • 3 tbsp - Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 5g - Pork blood
  • 3 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • How to Make East Indian Pork Sorpatel:

    1. Take the pork, liver, and heart and cut them into large pieces.
    2. Cook them and then fry them in their own fat.
    3. Then cut the meat into small pieces.
    4. Cook onions in a vessel.
    5. To this, add green chillies, ginger, and chopped garlic.
    6. Then put the meat into this.
    7. Add a little roasted garam masala and the pig's blood, sufficient quantity of vinegar, a little salt, and powdered spices. Cook these well.
