Ingredients

  • Two small green apples
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • Vinegar - 5 drops
  • Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Asafoetida powder - 1 pinch
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • How to Make Easy Apple Pickle:

    1. Cut apples into small pieces. Add red chilli powder and salt.
    2. Take oil in a pan. Add mustard and heat till the seeds crackle.
    3. Immediately kill the flame after adding fenugreek seeds, asafoetida and turmeric powder. Allow to cool and then pour oil on the apples.
    4. Serve.
    5. Store in fridge in an air-tight container.
