  • Grated Beetroot - 3 cups
  • Milk - 2.5 cups
  • Sugar - 1-2 cups or to taste
  • Cashews, Ghee, Elaichi (Cardamom) powder
  • How to Make Easy Beetroot Halwa:

    1. Pressure cook the grated beetroot with milk for 2 whistles.
    2. Meanwhile, take a wide pan and add sugar with a little water. Heat it.
    3. When all the sugar melts, add the cooked beetroot and keep stirring until it hardens to your liking.
    4. Then add ghee and elaichi powder (according to taste) to it and mix well.
    5. Fry cashew nuts in ghee and spread it on top.
