  • 2 cups - all purpose flour
  • Club soda for kneading
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Easy Bhature

  • Mix all purpose flour with club soda, salt to taste and 2 tbsp of oil (add soda until it becomes a stiff dough).
  • Keep aside for 2 hours.
  • Roll out like a chapatti and deep fry in hot oil.
  • Serve bhatura immediately with chole.
