How to Make Easy Butter Chicken with Yoghurt

  • Blanch the tomato and grind it into a paste.
  • Heat oil and butter in a kadai and shallow fry the chicken for 3- 5 mins.
  • Now add the tomato paste, jeera and salt.
  • Stir and cook until the paste thickens.
  • Then add the curd.
  • Cook until the oil starts separating.
  • Now add the cream and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serves hot with tandoori roti.
