Ingredients

  • 2 cups - sweet corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup - chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup - grated carrots
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp - sugar
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • Salt - to taste
  • For garnishing:
  • 2 tbsp - nylon sev
  • A few sprigs - cilantro

How to Make Easy Corn Chaat

  • Cook the corn kernels in the microwave.
  • In a mixing bowl, all the ingredients to the cooked corn and mix well.
  • Garnish with sev, and cilantro.
  • Serve immediately.
