  • 6 - egg
  • 4 - onions
  • 5 cloves - garlic
  • Small piece - ginger
  • 5 - finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - coriander and cumin seed powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tbsp - turmeric powder
  • 3 - medium size tomatoes
  • Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Easy Egg Masala

  • Boil eggs, remove the shell and keep aside
  • Heat oil in a pan, add onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic paste. Fry onions till it turns brown
  • Add tomatoes and fry it properly
  • Slit the boiled eggs and put them in the pan
  • Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander and cumin powder and salt on the eggs
  • Stir it, cover the pan and let it cook for 15 mins
  • Remove the lid and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves
