Ingredients

  • 4 - large Potatoes
  • 1 cup - oil for deep fry
  • salt to taste

How to Make Easy French Fries

  • Peel and wash the potatoes.
  • Cut each potato into 4 or 5 thick slices, then cut each slice into strips.
  • Wrap the strips in a clean towel to dry them.
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  • Slide in a few strips at a time and fry on high heat until golden brown. Drain the fries on kitchen paper.
  • Sprinkle salt.
